The staff were wonderful and really made our stay memorable. Very helpful with everything. The pool bar staff were great and the cocktails are yum! The pool is great.

Excellent room except for being next to the foul waste of the whole complex which tended to stink for the 2 days they do their monthly clean. After that the smell was ok, the villa we stayed in was 7017, the very best in the whole resort, the villa was great but the sea is unswimmable and unwalkable due to coral and sea cucumbers everywhere near the beach view villas.
The sea area in front of the main swimming pool area was better.
The last day of our stay was upset by the pool of our villa being discoloured and the pool cleaner not rectifying the problem so we lost the last days use.
There was a wedding on site on that day, but it was as if they forgot other guests were still paid up customers too!
Our room was very expensive as stated, the best in the resort and you pay a lot extra to have a personal assistant which is bundled with the room, but our personal assistant needs to be re-taught what "personal" means as we never saw him!
Sure he was there if we called but never did he pop his head in, give us a call or anything to find out if we desired anything!
I would sack him in a heartbeat in the UK but we decided not to complain at the resort due to not wanting the assistant in question to lose his job over us.
The food is okay at best, but it has to be said for a resort of this calibre "poor", you expect excellence at resorts like this but you get barbequed seafood with a terrible plastic card for a menu which you would expect in a builders cafe not a resort like this!
