Remarks Check in : Please check in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to you scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time. Valuables :The management acceps no responsibility for loss of money or valuable of any kind brought into the spa premises. Special Consideration :Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, are pregnant or have any other medical complications are advised to consult their doctors before signing up for any spa services. Please make your spa therapist aware of any medical conditions. The Absolute Sanctuary Spa cannot assume any liability for anything lost on the spa premises. Please leave any valuables and jewelry in the safe of your hotel room or the safe deposit box at Front Office. Smoking and the use of cellular phones is prohibited in the spa. If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, we cannot guarantee your treatment. Please shower before each treatment and check-in at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Male guests are advised to shave 3 hours prior to a facial. If you will be sunbathing after your treatment we advise you shower off any oils remaining from the treatment. If you are sun burnt we may suggest certain treatments be avoided, as they may be uncomfortable. Absolute Sanctuary Koh Samui is open from 09:00 to 20:00 hours.
