Holiday travel is pretty quiet but not as much. Rooms are clean and very pretty. Food for people like spicy food, beautiful beach, but tourists. Staff as well as affordable.

All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.

I stayed here with my family in a bungalow. It was large, with a bedroom for the children, we stayed in a connecting room. Bathroom was large. There is a great pool area in the centre of the resort which is three tiered and has two separate bathing areas. While the beach looks lovely the water is quite rocky and not good for snorkeling at all despite being told otherwise.
The restaurant where breakfast is served overlooks the beach but the choice is quite limited and there are extra charges for things like any juice other than orange juice, however the fruits breads and pastries we did have were all fresh. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.

Stayed a week in Oct with husband and 3 year old son and had a wonderful time. The rooms were very spacious with a massive balcony, all detached and very private. Loved the outdoor loo, don't worry the jungle noises are far louder that any other sounds! Beach can be shallow depending on tides, with wonderful snorkeling, pools really beautiful with poolside service of drinks and food. Restaurant good and not too expensive, lovely staff and setting.

It is a pleasure to relax. Getting to the hotel are comfortable. Rooms and various facilities. A rich and beautiful. The restaurant is decorated beautifully. The location has great views of the tasty food, good value for money. Overall satisfaction as compared to the price paid.

I stayed in a beach hut bungalow and it was totally class. Pool was lovely. It was just a little place of heaven and within walking distance of Mae haad a little town. This is the place to stay if you are looking for beautiful thai style bungalows, comfort and an overall resort feeling.

Staff were excellent and friendly. Food in the restaurant was good (including breakfast).
Rooms are a bit basic for the price, but to be honest it plays on the rustic theme. Nice to see the resort and parts of the island concerned with protecting the environment.
The beach is not the best but nice views across the bay and ideally located for the pier and exploring the island.
Would stay there again!

The location is quite good. We can walk to the village and local market.
The swimming pool is so clean and creative. Really like it.
The beach was kinna muddy which caused of the season?? In the pitures, sand looks real white.
From both of our rooms, a deluxe and family room couldn't see the sea.
Tab water first smelt like urine..sorry to say that, we got to turn it on for a while to smelt better.
Stuffs at front office, swimming pool, room maids, gardeners, and drivers are really nice, but at restuarant didn't speak or understand English nor Thai. At breakfast, we got what we didn't order, and when we asked them to change, they seems not willing to help. So we went to outside restaurants for other meals.

I came many time in your hotel and I can appreciate many evolution like the swimming pool and the breakfast which were not include 3 years ago. But if I can exprime a remark concerning the breakfast ; I will say that :
1: the orange juice was better before ( fresh juice)
2: the coffee is always too small

I cant say enough about this place!! After spending a month touring all of Thailand, its´ islands and mountains...Sensi was seriously the place that stole our hearts! The staff are helpful, friendly, willing to smile and laugh and the cabins are stunning! Ours was up high above the hotels beach overlooking the boats coming into Koh Tao, and at night it was gorgeous! Close to everything, easy to find, ecologically friendly (very water wise and smart!!). ...and the small orchid placed on your pillow every morning was a wonderful touch by caring people!
