The Amari was spectacular especially the grounds, it's immaculate and yet very welcoming. The people of Amari are really warm, and made an effort to get to know us and our daughter. Especially Susita, the Lotus Restaurant Manager. Though the location is at Tub Kaek which means it's quite a distance from Aonang where it all happens but we appreciated the quietness afterall it's supposed to be a getaway. One thing though the cab fares in Krabi is exorbitant by Thai standards, so I'd advise holidaymakers to rent a car instead and you can explore on your own, and it's just an extra 200 baht to leave it at the airport which we did. The hotel transfer if by the Hotel is 1000 baht.
The room it self was cosy & truly Thai lots of wood feature balanced with contemporary design, love the bathtub which was deep and nice.
Since it was our wedding anniversary, they even gave us comp cake and flowers a really nice touch, they filled the tub & the bed with rose petals.
And the night turn down was also a nice touch they'll leave you with a little dessert before you turned in.
We had a wonderful stay and can't get enough of it. Amari is exclusive, warm, and a gem in Krabi.
