Aonang Villa Resort Krabi Reviews

We have just spent 8 days in Krabi and were recommended by friends to stay at this hotel. My room is spacious facing a huge and gorgeous pool. The room is clean with comfy bed and pillows and the bathroom comes with a bath tub.

Would definatly NOT stay at this hotel again.
The breakfast was dreadful ( unless you are Thai or Chinese ) When we complained we were told the menu was changed every day. NOT TRUE.

Stayed there for 4 nights with children (9 & 11). We arrived at abt 8am in the morning, as expected the room they gave to us (upgraded us) is not ready. Told us to come back at later. We went out for some breakfast, walked at the beach and then waited at their library room (quiet area) and got the room at abt 12ish. Room was on the 3rd floor, facing the coral pool & sea. Big & spacious room wif self controlled aircon.
Breakfast was ok, amenities in the hotel is suberb. Kids love the 2 swimming pools & games room (table tennis room & snooker room) & they even have a gym though I saw no one there.
The location is fantastic, shops just outside the hotel & beach just across. Golden Beach Resort is next to it and we had our dinner there 1 night as the atmosphere looks fantastic. Did not eat dinner at our own hotel as it was so quiet it looks pathetic. Massage available everywhere.

We have a wonderful vacation during our stay in Aonang Villa, even my daughter keep asking me to move-in and stay at Krabi. Aonang Villa had excellent location - turn left for massage, turn right for food, all in walking distance. Will go back there soon especially after their renovation work which to complete this November.

Stayed at Ao Nang Villa and I have to agree with the rest... the location was indeed very convenient. It takes me less than 2 mins to walk out of the villa and into the bustling street of Ao Nang.

The staffs was also helpful, you can tell that they try very hard to communicate with you in English. I booked for a standard room but they upgraded me to a superior room with no extra charge or whatsoever. (Not too sure why they did that, but hey I´m not complaining!)

Breakfast was boring and the room was nothing impressive but its fine bcos I spent most of my time outdoors anyway.

On check-out at 12pm, they gave me an option to store my luggage in the luggage room since my flight was only at 6pm. That was really neat bcos I could use the extra time to swim and do some last minute shopping before collecting my luggage from the villa.

Could not find any fault with the location, service and value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful.
