No matter how many times it takes to stay here because. The food was very good service, spacious rooms, it is not far from the location is not too bad, about 5 minutes walk to Ao Nang beach.

was impressed by the beautiful design. Like a swimming pool and beautiful, and I play a lot. Very good service. Room to lay down the most.

This is our second time staying at the La Playa Resort.Once again we had a fantastic time. We stayed in a poolside room which the children loved,hotel is excellent hotel to be very clean and spacious. The breakfast was good and adequate, though not a huge choice as in some other hotels of this quality. The staff were extremely friendly and were quick to helpful with any requests. The location is good as whilst it is at the tail end of the shopping area, walking in to the hub, has shops and restaurants all along the way.We will definately stay there again.

Beautiful hotel with a swimming pool, calm atmosphere and delicious food, a clean room but the hotel is not on the beach. I can not walk very far to travel, food is inexpensive, good service, smiling staff. I had the opportunity to come back again.

I find it easy hotel rooms clean, staff lovely. Beaming Swimming pool, nice food and a wide range of affordable, but the hotel is not near the beach here. Far enough to go swimming.

The second time at this resort was in September 2011. A lot things were getiing aging specially the room. It was only 2 years away from but don't you think it's time to be renovated something about your room. Originally was so great but this time was not that much satisfied. Breakfast was too basic and less of choices. The pros points were the smiling stafffs and helpful when we needed help. They were great to assist. Sounded of service was still maintain at good training.

Hotel is nice enough room, I have a lot of delicious food. The beach hotel is not too much. Overall, very good. Employees with good service

We stayed for 2 week ago of celebrate the anniversary of my marriage, this time we were very impressed. Excellent service unchanged. We want to thank you for coming to attention. All staff their remember us. And provide assistance as well. We will be back in service next year.

This is a beautiful swimming pool. This hotel is the beach and the road we must walk and dragging suitcases into their own. They came out of the hotel staff helped us.
To help us very good service, clean rooms in all, very relaxing place to enjoy the beach. We will return to stay again next year.

The first impression of visiting Thailand, Krabi is a beautiful place. White sandy beach. It is best to relax me. Excellent service, good clean room and support as well. But they can't to speak English very well. Breakfast was good. It's beautiful hotel and very clean pool, Our room is adjacent to the pool. We planned to come back again in the summer of next year.

Room was fine but a bit old. Friendly staff, good service. The location if fine, not seaside but it's not far to walk to the beach. Many shops nearby the hotel, we found many halal recipe in some restaurant outside the hotel, it was just on the way to Ao Nang beach, the pool was great, we loved it so much, we could relax there, in the pool all day. See you again for sure! La Playa!

Beach is very beautiful people. I went during low season. Room was clean feeling. closed to the swimming pool and good restaurant close to the hotel is delicious. All people there ware helpful.

Enjoyable for our wedding anniversary, We choose Krabi in Thailand for the special moment and choose lovely hotel with convenience location closed to the beach, it's great experience in Thailand. We are stayed for Pool Access room it was beautiful very clean, breakfast was tasty and many to choose from. The hotel's staff always smile and very helpful, No complaints at all, only compliments. We will be back again we love this hotel.

I stayed on last month in superior room with my family, It's very nice resort, nice beach and nice location, walk around 5 mins. to the beach is not that far, very convenient, good breakfast and excellent service.

We stayed 3 nights for whirl pool access deluxe it's wonderful room. It is perfect for a young family like ours is very good. we will be back again on next year. We hope to have our lovely children to celebrate our wedding anniversary next year.

The swimming pool is nice - but best for adults, deep for my kid.But kid club is ok.

The staff is very friendly and accommodated any request we had.

The entrance sign should be bigger and more clear becuase if you will go there yourself without notice, you won't be able to find this hotel. Staff was very friendly and willing to serve guest politely. Room was clean, tidy and grand. Overall area was fit to relax.

The location was very convenient not far from the beach walk around 5 minutes near by many restaurant. The pool area enjoyable. Rooms were comfortable.

My Thai friend reserved this hotel for us that's very good for Honeymooner like us :) Beautiful white sand beach with emerald sea.It's great to spend our time at this place.Room is nice we can access the pool and good service staff.

Swimming pool is very cool. Our room at the top can see the sea and sunset. All staff are friendly we will go back again.

Excellent and beautiful swimming pool I stayed on last mont I loved the pool bar the hotel's staff very kind and friandly, rooms are big and clean. Breakfast was very good, I have the first impression for first time in Krabi I would go to Krabi on next year and will choose here see you.....^__^

Stayed in pool deluxe A for 5 days vacation with my husband. Room was excellent easily access to the pool and adjecent with jacuzzi. We also loved the pool bar. Great place.

The location and the layout of the place is quite nice. The rooms are spacious and with good air conditioning. Overall its quite nice except for some hiccups.
I did not really enjoy my stay in a this hotel because the lack of hot water(intermittent) was quite disappointing. They are unable to help as it was the central heating system.
Booked the poolside deluxe room but was redundant as the main pool was under renovation(lack of information on this from website)
Unable to provide late check out even thou was indicated from website.(Hotel claims no such request from agency)
Did not provide fruits and flowers basket(as promised). Hotel claims there is no such thing.
Hopefully Hotels 2 Thailand would comment about this.

we like this hotel. the swimming pools are excellent. I think we will come back again.

I liked a lot that we could stay at the pool until we had to leave for the airport at 5 pm and use a room for showering although we checked out in the morning already.

We enjoyed La Playa and were happy with our choice of room with balcony and pool access (Rm 110).Lovely pool area with 3 good size pools, big enough to do a few laps, of bob around on a lilo. Glad we took our insect repellent and Mozzie coils, as we needed them in the evening and early mornings. Massages available in room or at pool side salas 300B. We had a king bed and 15 yr old had a rollaway, both beds however like bricks…we asked for another mattress for D and it arrived within half hour, made it a little more comfy for him, being there for 9 nights he needed to be comfortable. The fridge was well stocked, and free drinking water daily. The room was big with plenty of drawers and cupboard space, bathroom was also roomy, and although clean it was a little mouldy in the shower. Slippers, flip-flops, robes, umbrellas, DVD player were all supplied. Wireless Internet also available and Internet access in foyer if you don’t have a laptop, was bit pricey by local standards-50Bfor first 10 mins the 3B min thereafter. Breakfast was the usual fare of buffet food, and hot food usually only warm that I found to be the norm of buffet food throughout Thailand. We ate lunch at the pool often and had a love of their Club Sandwiches, not to mention cocktails at the pool bar! Mini Mart across the road so stocked up on nibbles and chockies there too, much cheaper than the mini-bar. Laundry at end of soi 40B/kg, usually back by 5pm the next day. The staff were always friendly and helpful, although for most their English did not go much beyond the basic pleasantries, Ip one of the barman was always up for a laugh and chat, and keen to practice his English.

Short walk to Ao Nang street which has many shops, restaurants etc... A PK Mart just outside the Hotel lobby.. Great time to buy drinks and tibits, souveniers etc..

Hotel room... very spacious and clean.Bed is huge..Larger than a king size bed... Toilet looks huge, although not really fantastic but it is really clean. Nice pool...CLEANINESS & COMFORT IS THE OVERALL WORD

Must try the breakfast Omellete... Delicious... Go early for breakfast... they do not usually refill the breakfast many times in the morning..

A pretty quiet & neat resort with a few good types of rooms to choose from. Clean swimming pool with plenty of sunbathing ´couches´. ABF Breakfast spread varied slightly from day to day. Just about 5 mins walk away from Ao Nang shopping area. Prices for room service are not expensive and so was the massages which you can request to be done in your room at very reasonable price!

Overall it was not too bad experience to stay in Krabi La Playa Resort. The breakfast was good, swimming pool was beautiful. Room services were good and fast.

First, the resort has an excellent location : not distant from main streets but remote enough to be really calm. The rooms are quite average in terms of decoration but offers everything one needs for good holidays, including a large terrace and a DVD player. The pool is great and large. For people looking for a good deal and who prioritize location, this is a very good choice.

This hotel is a great stay for those looking for value. The hotel is clean and rooms are huge. The pool is great! The shops are about 5 mins walk away and the nite market another 5 mins away. All in all, I would consider the location to be quite convenient as there are very affordable transport just outside the hotel for those who don´t even want to walk that few minutes to the beachfront or shops! A number of the hotel staff can communicate in English well enough even though some are not as well versed. Just 1 minute´s walk from the hotel is a minimart where you can stock op on water and other essentials and next to it is a hawker style eating place with many individual stalls offering yummy local treats at very good prices! What else do you want?

I am happy with the overall service provided. Except for the renovation which is on-going at the time of my stay, my experience with the resort is great!

Overall is good, only some working construction around the Resort, making noises early in the morning and evening.

There is only wireless network available on the 1st floor and pool side.
My suggestion is the wireless network should cover the whole hotel as a free service.

We stayed at Krabi La Playa Resort for three weeks in november 2005. Everything was exellent. We travelled with our children(9 mth and three years)and the staff could`nt do enough.

the room and bathroom were very spacious. staff were friendly and helpful. only downsides were that the hotel was a bit of a walk from the beach.. around 10 minutes walk to get to the main stretch. Breakfast selection could be improved on as well.
