not a good experience

I would highly NOT recommend staying in this hotel unless you want to live in a jungle. I've paid more than 5k baht per night for a pool villa, within my 2 nights stay; I saw 3 big cockroaches inside the room and killed 2 by my slippers. Nevertheless there was a small cockroach in the restaurant menu; u can imagine how the hygiene condition in the kitchen is. The hotel is full of insects and reptiles, if you are afraid of this, for sure will have a horrible experience.
I guess no one like to have cold water for bathing. The shower tap take 3-4 mins to heat up and only last for 5 mins, my poor husband only got cold water to bath in between. The beautiful bath tub is a waste as the water come out from the tap is just like rain drops, as well as no hot water!
For the private pool and the common pool, the water seems didn't changed for long time and no body to clean it daily. I've never seen any guest is brave enough to swim in the pool. Even though the small river at the side of the villa becomes a water drainage and full of mug.
The only I appreciated is the hotel manager, who is also the bell boy, cashier, restaurant waiter, a multi-purpose staff with helpful and cheerful services.
the hotel is located around half an hr drive from the airport , which is a rural isolated area. At least 20 mins drive from the main road 4, that's mean u cannot find any shops, restaurant and stores nearby. If u drive there, don't forget to bring the GPS and don't drive at night as it is absolutely no lights on the street.
In conclusion, I have never stay in 3-4 star hotels with this kind of experience and service. I'm very regret not to read the reviews before making reservation. For those who read this, please don't trust the beautiful hotel photo and hesitate before booking this hotel.
