A bit old room but ok in service

Quite big hotel but rooms are elder than we think, Fortunately we’d booked with hotel2thailand.com ,So they recommend us to change room type from A/C Bungalow,we appreciate this room so much after we surveyed around hotel and we think our room type is the best for this hotel.We’re thank you www.hotels2thailand.com

PP island is very nice, and this hotel is comfortable, clean, and not too noisy if you stay in a 'casita' at the center of the resort.

Terrible Reception Girl

I Wll never reserve this hotel again. Many hotels are available on Phi Phi Island. The room is very small and no telephone is equiped. But the most unacceptable thing is that, When I checked out on 08-OCT-2010, the reception girl told me a little towel was missing. Unbelievable! How could this happen? I flied thousands of kms just to steal a little towel? I came to Phi. Phi. island for holiday, not for counting the towels immediately after entering the room. So, I strongly recommend her to call a policeman to check us thoroughly. If proof of stealing was found, I would pay her any price, but If not found, She should compensate for us. Shortly after my suggestion, she told us the towel was found. How a trick! The reception girl assumed our gusests as thieves before checking the room carefully.

Terrible experience. I will never reserve this hotel and suggest my friends not,too, due to the terrible behaviors of reception girl in the evening of 07-OCT-2010. That evening when we were back from sea after cheating by long tailed boat driver, we asked the reception girl to dial the police phone-number for us since no telephone was equiped in the rooms, she refused directly. Then we wanted her to tell us the police telephone number, whether tourist police or other. You will never belive what she replied. She said that she doesn't know the police telephone number. Yes, it's true, that's what she has said. Can you image that there exists reception staff of hotel who doesn't know the police telephone number in the world? Yes, that is the reception girl of P. P. Casita! who was on duty in the evening of 07-OCT-2010. How could it be possible? Why could this happen? When we doubted about this, she was angry and rude to us. The long tail boat owner finally compensated us for his employee's wrongdongs after intervention by the policeman of P. P. island. However, the behavior and manner of that girl is a nightmare for us, till now.
