I like the people who are working in this hotel ....i saw never before such of friendly people like in this hotel...always with a big smile ....wonderful people! If i go back to Krabi , i want a room in this hotel again ;-)

More quiet location, but beach is dirty

The buffet breakfast is very lousy and limited variety compare to other hotel.
The room is clean, location is pretty good if you want some cheap local thai food. However, if you like beaches and island hopping, you should stay in Ao-Nang beach instead of Nopparat Thara beach, where Ao-Nang beach is much cleaner, and near to boat transfer.

We paid extra for a sea view all rooms have a sea view so dont pay the extra money, when i asked about this the lady was very rude,

The flight was late in the evening - they could give me late checkout at a very heavy price. This - if it could have been arranged, would have been fantastic.

staff of this hotel are very helpful n polite, however, wad disppoints us is, upon arrival, we were given the cheapest room when wad we paid more is the more expensive ones..totally dampen our holiday mood..and its stated in the brochure of the hotel that "ALL ROOMS HAS A BALCONY WITH SEAVIEW"..which wasnt true as well..the swimming pool seems like no one has swam there for ages...and we oni had ham,sausages,bread with jam n egg for breakfast...nt much variety..location wise, well its pretty accessible..directly opp. the hotel u can rent a bike n with that, i can say the location is almost perfect..another sad thing is, there was a water heater but it takes too long for it to be hot, n after 1 min, it turns cold again, n u gotta wait for another long period of time..there were oni 3 streams of pathetic water flowing (i wouldnt say gushing) out of the water hose, so be prepared to spend more than half an hr for a shower..overall, oni gd thing abt srisuskant is the staff n location~

Excellent Hotel

The hotel is very clean, our shower did not work very good, sometimes hot water or sometimes cold water, but for thailand this is very good, don´t expect much with the water supply, good food in hotel restaurant, you are given beach towels which we was surprised as not many hotels give you these, location is pretty good, near to shops & boats which will take you to railie beach, phi phi & other islands

However, I think with a little improvement on maintainence will make the hotel more pleasant stay especially the cleaness. It´s clean but can be improved. I also think that the hotel may also upgrade their internet system to wireless as the next door resort they did have wireless internet for their customer. Beside that, overall is good.

Rooms was spotless everyday, clean towels everyday. Shower not very good we was in a villa & you was lucky if you got hot water & if you did you had to keep controlling the temp as one minute you got burnt then the next it was cold water coming out, otherwise the room was lovely, with nice big bed & plenty of room. You can have hotels beach towels which is very good as it saves using your own towels. Breakfast was o.k not good.

Good location, decent price

I chose Srisuksant primarily for the cheap price (under 1000 baht during low season) and the bathtubs, which are a rarity in budget hotels. However, its location off the main Ao Nang strip can be either boon or bane. My room in the building wing was quiet, I didn´t hear the noise from the bar down the road. Breakfast is very limited in choice.

Just a shame that building work was going on in front of the hotel and for anyone that doesnt like loud music there were several bars on the beach across the rd open til 3am or later in the morning.Staff friendly,breakfast not good.rooms nice but not always hot water.
