Located well, but not worth the price.

The rooms could have been cleaner. Most AC s don't work, and if they do they are noisy.Phones don't work.
Staff are extremely polite , but that is a thai tradition. Thank God for that.
Too expensive for what it offers. Certainly doesn't deserve more than 2 or 3 stars.
You never get a wake up call. Woke up in time myself , so didn't miss my flight.

Good location

Good location with restaurants and roadside food stall just few minutes walk away, yet its not a noisy place to stay. Altho the room is not very big but its enough for both of us, and its clean. Staffs are friendly.
