My partner & i stayed in the Amari Nova Suites Hotel, Pattaya for 6 nights from 1/01/2012 to 7/01/2012. We stayed in a 1-bedroom Corner Suite.
Checked in was a breeze as I had called personally to the hotel reception the day before my arrival to make sure that everything is in order. Staff at the reception speak passable English, so communication wasnt a problem at all. We were also welcomed with cold towels & iced juice. I have really enjoyed this hotel. The staff is simply remarkable.

My son just loved the hotel and its amazing rooftop swimming pool with jacuzzi. it provides free service such as shuttle service to beach and back. and is really efficient. There are many shops and pubs along 2nd Rd which is quite close to the hotel. The Big C shopping Mall and the famous Alcazar & Tiffany cabaret shows are also situated there. From the hotel head west (turn right as you step out the hotel lobby) along the lane Pattaya Sai Song 4 for abt 300m, that will bring you to the Pattaya 2nd Rd. Along this lane just abt 100m from the hotel entrance, theres also a Family Mart store where you can buy all the necessities that you need for the duration of your stay at the Amari.

This is a great place to stay,We stayed at Suites room are unexpectedly spaceous, fresh, clean and well equiped and serviced,the staff were amazing & the rooms were excellent. The 3 bars in the hotel were fantastic espically the ice bar - everything from the bar including glasses were made of ice.

The service at the front desk was very professional throughout my 8 days there. The pool on the roof is impressive and the best feature of the hotel. Overall great stay with fantastic facilities.

Stayed for 5 nights in Amari Nova Suite. I had really enjoyed at this hotel. When you came to the hotel it smells very pleasant. Friendly and professional staff welcomes the guests.
I have stayed here many times and would recommend all to have this experience...
