I stay in this hotel with standard room,the room is too small and too old .The staff is bad service.Nometter this hotel is good for family ,Good private beach.

In general, the service quality and standard of the room were merely average, though much was expected from a 3-4 stars Thailand hotel. We all knew that Thailand is well-known for very courteous and excellent service standard. The outdoor pools were outstanding, especially the huge olympic-sized pool. The sandy beach is especially great during sunset time, although the sea water is somewhat murky. Breakfast was a rowdy affair as there were no ushers to tables and it seemed that there were more guests than seats available. Probably, that is always a shorfall for ´huge-sized´ hotel during peak seasons. Food quality was just average although they do have quite a wide spread. I really wish they could have some Japanese items for breakfast too. I booked for the "Ocean Wing", but sadly, offers no ocean view whatsoever :-(

the room is so so. and will improve bath room.especially tower wing and garden wing.

I recently spent a very enjoyable two weeks at your hotel. Overall, I rate the experience very highly. The facilities I used ranged from adequate to very good, but the most positive aspect of the stay was the interaction with your incredible staff. They were without exception well trained, friendly and welcoming. The senior staff, in particular the Guest Relations Managers, were helpful, professional and very pleasant to deal with. Thanks for a memorable experience--I will definitely be back.
