ห้องพักดีมากค่ะ สะอาดตกแต่งแบบโมเดิร์น โรงแรมน่ารักมาก พนักงานก็น่ารัก แต่ว่าห้องพัก จะมองไม่ค่อยเห็นทะเล ส่วนตัวโรงแรมจากถนนหลักต้องเข้าซอยไปอีกประมาณ 500 เมตร มีรถบิการรับส่งจากหน้าซอยเข้าไปที่โรงแรมด้วยค่ะ

The cleaning woman steals
On the surveillance camera I could see that right after we went to eat breakfast, the cleaning woman walked into our room for almost 2 minutes only to put 2 beers in our minibar. Later I found out that the safety box was open, maybe the cleaning lady had the code to reset the box and open it or I had forgotten to lock it (I've never forgotten before), but when I counted the money 8.000 THB were missing. I know exactly how much money I had in the box when I 2 days earlier had been into the bank to withdraw it and had not yet used any of this money!
Also the swimming pool is in the shade almost all day!

the frontdesk personnel are extremely friendly and helpful at all times.
the bellboys are friendly too, but hardly speak any English.
the swimming pool is probably one of the only ones in Pattaya that was not "boiling" in April. Although it was very hot in Thailand in April, this pool was always refreshing.
I would suggest a little more service at the pool. You can order food/drinks by phone, but sometimes you wait over an hour.
I was spending some days a 7 hours in the pool area and only one time during the 7 hours did i see a bellboy tidying up the place, remove dirty ashtrays, refill the towel supply. would suggest that one staff should go there once every hour.
Breakfast was very good as well.
all in all, I can recommend this hotel, good value!

the staff is very accommodating and friendly.
they went out of their way to help us find another room for 1 night because the hotel was fully booked. they organized transport to their sister hotel and welcomed us back the next day.

I love the 2 young gal receptions, they are so sweet and cute. I want to date them but I'm shy ... T_T
For this hotel, I like their location, near shopping mall, beach, pub,etc...it's very nice.
I dislike the fitness center is a bit old, outdated.

I love my stay there the junior suite is the greatest. I had to do it all over again it would definely be my first choice!

Cold buffet.....can anyone ever keep the food hot?...french toast so cold, the butter did not melt, no fried eggs.....bacon limp and cold, potatoes cold....good thing it was included in the price.

-Overall i really like this hotel!!!
-The room was clean and comfortable, except for a little foul odor when i checked in. After an hour, no more foul smell.
-Bathroom was large!
-The location is good for a silent stay
-Foods should be made more attractive!
