Good budget Hotel!

We are stayed hotel beverly on 15-19 May 2011 hotel offers budget-minded tourists more facilities for less. good a swimming in outdoor pool, It’s good relax in a comfortable, tastefully furnished room and so clean,staff are friendly.

hotel was not clean at all and neaded updating badly, pool was invaded by turists from india, who would spit into the pool and swim in dirty underwear(skidmarks!),they were rude and behaved like animals, staff would not do much about noise, at night, even thought few guests complained.
The only good thing about the hotel was that everything was very close and within walking distance. please try to avoid this place if you can.

They would not allow my wifes friend to come up to the room to eat our food we brought in unless we paid extra money. I understand that because of the type of place Pattaya is with Prostitution etc... but this was my wife's friend.

This hotel's location is great. Short walking distance to walking street, but still quiet from the nightlife noise.
Hotel is very busy with visitors from India and eastern Europe. Maybe that's why the staff feels unfriendly at first, but after few smiles they are very helpful.
Breakfast is good enough on the pool terrace.
I got everything I needed for this price.

Overall it is a good hotel to stay and conveniently located for night life and beach. There was a problem with AC and they shifted to another room. Friendly staff. I will certainly stay during my visit in June 2010.

Hotel OK, but much noise!

I have been there many times - because hotel is cheap and they have friendly stuff. But wheather you can be lucky or not depends on the room they give you.Some rooms are modern, some have very old furnitures and old air condition making very much noise! Second problem are the busses, visiting the frontside area of hotel day and night with big noise while try finding a parking position.
And i not like the joiner charge - its 300 Baht or 200 Baht - if you arrived with LTU. Security people look at you (and your girl) very exactly everytime you enter hotel.Thats good for security - but sometimes to much. I think its very safe there.

I like wireless internet connection free for guests, but this time they put limited time: from 10 to 23 (but generally they close connection earlier at 22.30): this is not ok for foreign guests that need to comunicate on internet with families using their personal computers, when in Thailand is night and in other countries is afternoon for example.
And if a guest book for a double room, sometimes they give only 1 breakfast free and not 2 breakfasts. This time was ok for me: double room and 2 breakfasts, but when i was there last May, they only want to give me 1 breakfast even if i pay for double room.

The bath rooms need upgradation. It is an old hotel. Can rate as hardly 2 star.

It has outdated and run down carpeting , beds and furniture. If the upkeep was better the hotel would raise a notch or star. Lost a ring and the staff was unhelpful in helping me locate it and seemed unconcerned about my loss.

The Room service is the best I have seen especially when we rest after a tireing travel it is a great relife to get pur boady getting massaged in traditional Tahi way .
I was year 2 years back and only because of the excellent service I am again comming back to this hotel along with a group that arrives n 20th Sept 2005 from Indis after hectic seheduled in Shanghai
