Good hotel but not friendly staff

The starff is not friendly at all but the hotelis good location and closed to yhe peaceful beach area.The hote's facilities is also good.The room is a bit old and dark.

Bed Bugs and indifferent employees

On getting to our room wefound bed bugs in the room and in h=the beds.
We had to prove the bugs were there before moving.
They moved us to a lower cost room and offered a fruit basket as an aoplogy. Instead of a 2000 Baht refund for downsizing.
The pool is nice but I would not stay there again.

reasonable price, good location, various breakfast styles, clean room ... i loved it ... but it would be better if there´s balcony in each room

The room is not too bad but while We stayed there,the television was not working no matter how much we tryed to notified hotel staff nothing had been done.Very convenience location but during breakfast We found it was so busy and the restaurant staff was not so friendly may be they were too busy .We will stay there again if they can rectify the problem.
