Reception, very impolite and unhelpful. having a booking and pre-paid they refused to look for the booking and claimed to go contact the booker, even though all required proof was provided....

I like the hotel because it is good for family which have children to holiday,but the location is not too Convenient, so I proposal: 1st. If Hotel have there own car or motor for rent to the Guest is Excellent; 2nd. every room need two room key; 3rd. The bed is too old, need change; 4th. consideration reform the room door have little window to made the room to guide the natural wind, if can; don't alway need the air-condition, but need to consider the security and mosquito. 5th. No need charge the breakfast of children which under 8 years old, because they will not eat too much in the mornning.

water park and rides are realy fun for kids, but hotel breakfast is not so appealing or up to hotel standard.breakfast timings is 6 am to 10:30, we reach by 10:15 staff started picking up food back to kitchen, seems unhappy to see costomer at 10:15, cannot wait for 10:30

I STAYED IN THIS HOTEL FROM JUNE 16-JUNE 21, 2009. ITS A VERY GOOD HOTEL FOR FAMILIES TRAVELLING WITH CHILDREN. THE WATER PARK AND THE RIDES ARE VERY GOOD ENTERTAINMENT FOR CHILDREN. ALSO THE BEACH IS VERY QUIET AND CLEAN. ITS A QUIET BEACH COMPARED TO PATTAYA BEACH, BECAUSE OF ALL THE BOATS AND WATER JETSKIS ETC. THE WALK TO THE BEACH IS VERY SHORT, AND YOU CAN GET THERE WITHIN 5 MIN WALK. VERY NICE AND HELPING STAFF. THE BREAKFAST WAS OKAY. THE HOTEL IS A BIT AWAY FROM THE MAIN PATTAYA TOWN WHERE ALL THE ACTIVITIES, RESTAURANTS AND BARS ARE. SO EVERYTIME YOU HAVE TO TAKE A LITTLE TAXI TO THE TOWN. THERE IS A 7-ELEVEN STORE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. THE ROOMS ARE FANTASTIC. ESPECIALLY THE SUITES. THEY ALL HAVE NICE BALCONY WITH THE VIEW OVER THE SEA. VERY GOOD AND TASTY FOOD ON THE ROOM SERVICE MENU. FOR FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN, THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL TO STAY IN PATTAYA. FOR OTHER PEOPLE WHO LIKES THE QUIET AND CALM ATMOSPHERE, THIS HOTEL IS GREAT FOR THAT TOO. A GREAT HOTEL AND SERVICE FOR THE MONEY YOU PAY.

The family suite was great, the location as well. The staff were very rude, and were not familiar with the property or the area. The buffet in the morning was fair at best.

I liked the room as did the wife and kids. The buffet breakfast was fair at best.
The management must take the time to train the staff. When questioned they knew nothing about the property or the surrounding area.
Once when asking how to enter the water park, we were told you cannot enter by the beach. You can and its much more accessible than the main entrance.
We then asked about a mini golf attraction I knew was less than one kilometer from the hotel. They directed us 14 kilometers away up into North Pattaya. As I did not believe them I got online and the golf attraction was less than 2 kilometers from the hotel. Rude, and uncaring as they know they get little return business.
This I think can be traced back to very poor management.

To speak about the hotel, rooms are basic yet very functional. I had a room at a high floor facing the sea (one of the prime reason for choosing the hotel), & I wasnt disappointed at all. The hotel also boasts of a theme park and a sky tower, but you may better spend time some where else if you are on a short trip. The breakfast buffet was excellant.
However the biggest disadvantage with the hotel is it is TOOOOOOOO far from all the action at Pattay. If you are a party animal you ll b dissapointed with this place.
Overall it is a good place to lay over if you are a price conscious itinerant.

The best location possible in pattaya, we could find all the others also had come with their children and obviously all had a good time in the pool and all the joy rides. been suggesting to my friends about the place.
