It is cheap. closed to night life , room was clean but without windows, but overall good value for money.

great staff very helpfull 24/7 cant wait to go back to thailand.and most of all to meet the staff wich i call as close friends.

hi ive been to seven oaks on four ocations and due to on my 5th like i said before the staff are wonderful, cant do enough for you to make your stay something remember,and the restaraunt is now open, have a look its nice.

alas the resturaunt was closed due to road works but not to worry there is a nice place across the road that serves a great breakfast

nice friendly staff and the manager kim is great cant do enough for you all the staff are the same great people and i did'nt dislike anything will be stopping there again

just come home from pattaya spent my time at the seven oaks inn very nice great staff the manager kim is realy good cant do enough for you pity the kitchen was closed due to road works but all in all a great place will be going back there in december for 3 weeks well done kim see then

I stayed at this hotel for one day on 31/3/09. When i checked in, the floor is not clean, but considered ok (maybe located near beach). The water was a bit small for shower even after they switched on the pump. I requested a twin room from hotels2thialand.com. But what i got was a one bed room. I checked with the receptionist, they said they didn't have twin bed room.
Location wise is quite good. 10 mins walking distance to Jomtien beach, about 20 mins walking distance to royal garden plaza.

Excellent value for money.
Only problem: walls are not sound proof and noise from next door heard too easily

The room was clean and affordable. The hotel is a short 5 minute bus taxi into Pattaya costing just 10 Baht (16p). The restaurant provided good food at reasonable prices.
