Excellent location, close to beach, next to the shopping plaza and within walking distance from walking street. Good size room, clean and all facilities can be found. It might be just noisy at night time due to having many bars around

Good location within walkable distance for night life, bars, restaurants, shopping area. Nice room and clean. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was of a good standard.

The staff are brilliant so helpfull,the breakfast great and location magic, close to everything,rooms spotless and cleaned everyday,cant go wrong with this hotel.A+A+A+

The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes from beach road and close to many bars.
Ideal place to stay if you want to enjoy the exciting nightlife of Pattaya.

hotel is approx 7-10 min. distance from walking street but the moment you walk out from the hotel u'll find yourself in HEAVEN...Good hotel with value for money...do opt for new wing as old wing hav smaller rooms..

Awesome place for the party guys. Surrounding of this hotel never sleeps to tempt you to hang out. Fantastic sea view room they've where you'd like to stay more and more. Will come to there once again soon........

i have been coming to pattaya for 10 years now and this is the 1st time i have stayed at the sunshine and i wish i had found this hotel 10 years ago.superb value for money brilliant friendly staff and a excellent location for the new central festival center just around the corner.thankyou everyone at the sunshine for making my hoilday even better.a real family hotel my wife and my son loved it.

As title says it is what it is and if you like beer bars is great for soi 8 and 7. Because of this can be a little noisy at night but I was on 7th floor and was fine. Best suited for single travellers or groups of guys. I thought the breakfast was ok, standard fare really

Right smack in the middle of nightlife action. Great food served at the cafeteria below. Helpful staff. All these make for a wonderful stay in pattaya.

The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. I asked for help and they bend over backwards to help in any way. The front desk welcomeed me when I arrived and made me feel at home. I can´t say enough about my stay. It is my home away from home. I can´t wait until my next vacation and it will be the Sun Shine Hotel that will be my choice. Once again Thank You so much for making me feel like one of the family.

I used to go to thailland. I have appreciated the service and specially the breakfast varied and tasteful.
In that hotel there is no hypocrit manner : when a man invites a lady in his room, he doesn´t have to pay a tax for "safety" reason ...
I recommand that hotel.

Price slightly high with that kind of hotel facilities. The location is perfect and public facilities are easily accessible. 5 minutes walking distance to the beach.

smack bang right in the middle of it all evrything you need its on the doorstep. hotel vary good and clean. nice cleaner came round evry day and done a good job.I would love to go back but found cheaper hotel not so good as sunshine. but i am a tight basterd and it will have to do

The hotel itself is fine but i found the staff stuffy and less than helpful and seriously insulted my future wife who they obviously thought was a local bar lady!! Very insulted!!

location is great if you want to be in the thick of it, if you dont, stay away from pattaya.....staff are friendly, although univiting when you first arrive, room is good size, tv reception is very ordinary but who watches tv...all day cafe is good, have a laugh at the size of the bacon rashes...ive been to this hotel about 20 times and although i have tried others nothing really to beat it in the area
