Hotel is value for money. Does not show me too much the night was able to rent out the motor side. Every good hostess. The food was delicious.

Jest problem z budową nowego skrzydła, ale sądzę , iż jest to adekwatne do ceny.Hotel zrobił na mnie dobre wrażenie i jeżeli przyjadę kiedykolwiek jeszcze do Pattaya to tylko do tego hotelu.

always stay here when visiting pattaya but slightly dissapointed as i was not informed by hotels2thailand.com that there was major building work going on which meant no pools were available that is the only downside and the work is ongoing for the next 12 months as the girls at the hotel informed me

great location great service and staff always friendly as girls at reception remember me, security guys are very friendly compared to some hotels where they are unfiendly. guest friendly which is always a bonus, never tried the brakfast as never got up in time.

Well, I have just finished another great weekend in Pattaya. Sunshine Hotel is as good, clean and efficient as ever. Their breakfast buffet is very good.

I stay at this hotel an average of two times each month, three days each time. Their overall service is consistently high. The neighborhood is noisy, particularly at night, but I still think that this is one of the best deals in Pattaya.

I routinely utilize this hotel about twice each month. Over the past year the quality of the food has improved immensely. A good quality hotel which I recommend to all.

I just spent another great weekend in Pattaya, much which must be attributed to Sunshine Hotel. The smiles and attentiveness of their staff certainly made my stay most enjoyable.

This establishment was as good as the Sunshine Vista Hotel I stayed at last year,a good hotel chain.I accidently took my room key with me when checked out.I found it and returned,The desk lady was elated,otherwise it would have cost her 1000 baht.

I travel to Pattaya an average of two times each month. I always stay at the Sunshine Residences. The location is convenient, the staff is always warm and cordial, the rooms are clean. I would recommend to most travelers.

I stay at this hotel many times each year. The rooms are clean, the maids attentive and the price is right. The staff is just wonderful: they have the right attitude and attention to detail that you would expect from the highest calibre hotel.

This is still my favourite hotel in Pattaya. I have stayed here many times. We requested a non_smoking room on a high floor. However, we were given a low floor in a room that smelled like an ashtray. The check in staff are usually helpful, but on this occasion they were totally disinterested in our request for a new room and rude. It goes to show that staff are the face of the organisation and had it not been for previous good visits to this hotel, it would have scored very low.

Another great stay at Sunshine Residences! I had trouble with the air conditioning in my room and the staff immediately responded very positively. A great place to stay. The staff is wonderful.

I have routinely stayed at the Sunshine Residence for the last 8 years. The service has always been great, but recently they installed safes in the rooms, provided complimentary coffee service in the rooms, and a breakfast buffet. Great service, great staff! I´ll continue to stay there whenever I am in Pattaya.

The rooms were clean and made up promptly; however, whilr the service was not bad, I only saw 3 people smile during the whole time I was there. There was an attitude of everything was just too much trouble. I think that the hotel could be summed up by the sign on the top of the T.V. in the room - "No smoking in bed" instead of "Please do not smoke in bed".

STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND ROOMS CLEANED DAILY BUT A LITTLE RUN DOWN AND IN NEED OF REPAIR AND RIGHT IN THE CENTRE OF PATTAYA SO IF YOUR LAZY ITS THE RIGHT PLACE TO STAY.

if you want to get around town there is no more convenient place than soi 8. A little bar noise but not too bad. Room was totally adequate, however the air con was not(hot by morning) and the breakfast was mediocre( thats being generous) when they decided to give you your token that is.

Excellent location for singles

Unfortunately, I got a room with a bad air-con (room 2076). It had to be repaired every 2 days. The hotel-info said stamps was available in reseption; it wasn´t. But it´s a great place for the partying crowd, close to nightlife and music. (Families should probably stay away because of noise). Be aware that railings at balconies and walkways are very low, so be careful. This is my second visit, and I will come back next time!

I woke up with a sore back every morning from the mattress. Other than that, clean room, air worked fine, soi 8 is kind of loud.

I have now stayed at Sunshine Residence four times, and would not think of changing next time. Location is very central, 2 min. to beach, great restaurant at great prices downstairs. Very clean. Nothing bad to say.....

Sunshine Residences always has it all. Superb location, all sort of ammenities nearby as well as friendly staff. I have been to Pattaya on several occasions and always patronize this hotel based on reliability of service, cleanliness and service. Probably better for the single traveller or the couple on vacation, rather than a family, but always a great choice due to location to nightlife and price.

Sunshine and Residences rooms were wonderful. Like to visit Pattaya once again and will stay only in Sunshine. Balcony is nice.

This hotel is well set in the heart of the action, with nice room you can live with for afew days. water preasure is ok and room are clean and some do have a veiw.hotel food is not so good better eat out. I must say the front desk does have some nice people but over all they need help, just keep in mine that you are on hoilday and let it pass, and have fun.

Good standard hotel, with very friendly staff. Would reccommend to others for sure. Good location also. As I am never in bed early, did not notice noise, but may be a problem for some.
