Clean and well maintained, the staff are helpful and courteous. The hotel is situated in a very good location, close to all amenities in the area and also well within walking distance to these amenities.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT AS USUAL. THEY MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME TIME AFTER TIME. PLEASED TO SEE, THAT THE POOL/POOLBAR IS NOW MANNED ALL THE TIME. INTERNET SHOULD BE FREE LIKE IN MOST SURROUNDING HOTELS.

AS ALWAYS, THE STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND SERVICE MINDED. SWIMMING POOL EXCELLENT AND PROBABLY THE BEST BREAKFAST VARIETY IN TOWN.
JUST TOO BAD THAT THEY DOUBLE THEIR ROOM PRICES FOR THE HIGH SEASON (EVEN IF THERE ARE NO TOURISTS) A 10% OR 20% INCREASE LIKE MOST OTHER HOTELS WOULD BE MORE REASONBLE. WILL ALWAYS BE BACK (NOT IN HIGH SEASON ANYMORE THOUGH).
ALSO THE INTERNET USE IS VERY PRICEY.

as usual, the location and the service are superb.
they could (like most hotels in Pattaya) give you free internet.
the prices from 1st of November are far too high, specially when there are no tourists around!
Breakfast is probably the best included breakfast you find in Pattaya.

I've stayed at this hotel every year for four years now. There's a lot to like: rooms are comfortable, near a lot of nightlife, the beach, and the Super-C mall. Breakfast buffet is fantastic, and the top-floor terrace pool is nice. Hotel gym is decent, although there a full-featured gyms on the same street if you need more.
It is a bit loud at night with the Soi 3 bars very nearby, and it is pretty close to the nightlife so if you're coming with family, you may want to look at North Pattaya or Jomtien Beach.

another excellent stay. it is a bit pricey in high season, specially if you want to stay longer.
but the location and the facilities and the very friendly staff are worth it. will come again.

you get it all here! internet, pool, big bright rooms, excellent staff and service and best of all, the best breakfast buffet I have seen in any hotel in Pattaya.

unless most other hotels who increase their rates for high season by a reasonable 200-200 Baht, the sunshine vista increases their prices unreasonably, this is why I never stay there in high season.
also more and more hotels are now giving away the internet for free, whilst sunshine vista keeps charging high prices.
other than that, a great hotel with great rooms, service and pools. will definitely be back (in low season).

still my favorite hotel in Thailand. friendly staff, great management, super location. just a pitty that the prices go up unreasonably in the high season. (double the price). this is the only reason I never book this hotel in high season. there are much better deals in town.

this hotel is in excellent location rooms r tidy and stall are very helpful,all local shops are a few minuets away big c and beach is a couple of minutes away.i will be staying again this christmas and new year. i never eat in hotel so could not tell u what meals are like

I am going back to this hotel year after year. a very well run hotel, with the manager always visible and quick response to any problem.
the pool on the roof top is fantastic and the pool bar is always manned. they are getting a little bit pricy, specially in the high season, but still worth the money and if you book with Hotels2Thailand, you get a substantial discount as opposed to the walk-in rate

this hotel is very well managed and the manager visible at all times.

located close to the beach on one side ,n to alcazar show,kfc pizza hut on the other.very clean the roof top pool is small but elegant.

i have stayed in the sunshine vista twice now and would definatley stay there agsin.
the location for me was excellent close to supermarkets bars etc, the hotel itself was very clean and the staff very helpfull and friendly
the maid service was great always clean towels the room was always cleaned daily.
its a new building so everything is newish and clean, i like the fact that it has a seperate shower from the bath.its rated as a 2 star i would give it more.

I stay in the hotel for 2 nites 15 to 17 June 2006.Stay in 3 level and the room I got was fine for the money we paid.The balcony faces an open space and balcony of the next door hotel.A walking distance to BIG C and nearby to 7 11.
Would recommend Savannah spa which can be found towards the BIG C upon exiting the hotel.Our room is always kept clean every morning.Breakfast was fine too.The room is bright.Reception of the tv as good.Lots of channel to watch.Would come back and stay in the hotel again.
