Very nice staff, the best location, nice pool and good breakfast. We had two rooms and stayed with 3 adults and one baby. No complaints at all, only compliments.

โรงแรมดีมากค่ะ ห้องพักสะอาด กว้างขวาง พนักงานที่นี่ก็บริการดีมากๆค่ะ มีสิ่งอำนวยควาสะดวกครบ เหมาะกับไปแบบครอบครัว หรือสัมมนาก็ดีค่ะ โรงแรมอยู่ติดทะเลแต่ว่าเล่นน้ำไม่ได้ค่ะ

I went to stay this hotel for my honeymoon, excellent buffet breakfast had many choices ,good room, just walk about 5 minutes have taxi go to central pattaya, good value for money. staff need more training.

Dislike some points 1.staying 2 adults+2 children, charge 3 adults+1 BF for 1 child but prepare amenities only 1 set, room must ready before guest arrive room not guest request, when request just give tooth-brush set more only 1, how come! we paid for 3 adults 2.hotel have too many staffs but not enough at restaurant (on BF), if possible please set 1 staff accompany with guests to table not guests look for seat themself. 3.Hotel staffs are unfriendly, not smile, not greeting guests (except Reception and Concierge) different from other hotels.

Good service and modern interior

Great place and look good for the area, but seem plenty of people both of the pool. The health club was okay, over all service is good but it will be better if the hotel have some kind of sport outdoor ex; Tennis court, Basketball. I think, Service is great when i come to check in at the front office.

But the food in the restaurant is very very expensive. If come with the large family cannot eat lunch and dinner here. Have to go outside to find something reasonable.

Private Beach

I like the room is nice, too bad the villas are fully booked. The first day arriving the hotel was really busy, but the private beach is empty, so can really enjoy the sun quietly.

the hotel is a nice place to relax, however, the location is quite far from the center of Pattaya, and the breakfast is not very nice, if there is more choices of food, it will be better a lot!
