Chaba Hut Resort & Spa Pattaya

chose this hotel because of reviews, however, there are many short comings that are very annoying.  For example:  the 5 story "new" view building has no elevator and you must climb up 5 stories with your luggage if you are unlucky enough to be on that floor - and don't look for help as the front desk staff is surly, rude, and very unwilling to help at anything.  A few other comments:  the internet only works in the lobby; towels at the pool run out quickly; room cleaning service is very slow; the rooms at the back of the view tower (not the balcony rooms) are dark, depressing and only have one small window.  For the $$ I would look for another hotel in the area that is newer and the staff is more accommodating!  There are lots of nice hotels for a few dollars more that would be more enjoyable.
