we first had a room on the streetside called the pink appartment noise from the street and the bars all night moved after two nights to a studio in the back after paying a supplement
there are better options in the samestreet
unfriendly people at the reception
the whole resort need to be repainted

My room had a smell which I couldn't figure out where it was coming from..smelt like a dead animal. Also the shower had some blockage where everytime after a shower it left a pool which stayed for a long time. Also didn't have coffee facilities in the room which was a bummer coz I would've loved a cup of coffee when I woke up. Bed was comfy but the sheets were stained. Staff wasn't overly friendly.

our only dislike was we paid for a double 2 people but were only given 1 breakfast and had to pay 1oobth for other

nice and quiet yet near to good resturants and night-life . will stay there again .

very nice location,lots of tress keep noise to minimum, very short walk to beach and walking street,very nice pool,would recommond to anyone looking for a good hotel at good price

Better breakfast menu, in fact a menu would be nice not just bring food.

I never visited it ! but i just compared it with the hotel where i´m working ! so it´s really perfect ! i´m happy to discover that a beautiful and nice hotel exist in this area ! so hope to visit it one day :) good luck ! and wanna say hello to the receptionniste ( thanawan) because a hotel with an intelligent receptionnist make a hotel more perfect than befor!

The only thing i did not like was the shower being in the middle of the bathroom with no little wall to keep the water in a certain area.When you took a shower the water went everywhere and the floor stayed wet.Maybe if they had little squeegies in the bathrooms it would´nt be so bad because you could dry the floor after each shower and not step in puddles of water every time you go into the bathroom.That would sure bring me back.

Stayed 5 nights here early dec 2006, advanced booking made with Thai g/f´s name, no problem at all. The manager Da was very helpful, got me bikes, cars, flights, no problem and at good prices too.
Both of us treated with respect, which was good, quite a few guys staying some with b/girls some with families. Good mix and not in your face which is what most of Pattaya is like, in fact when your round the pool you wouldnt think you were in Pattaya. The guys at the pool bar werent the best but then you cant have everything.
I stayed in the expensive hut B, its as you see it, I was very happy with it. Try and get one overlooking the pool if you book.

A tropical laid back village type accomodation right on soi baokaow .. a few minutes walk to the real downtown.

Location is hard to find. You have no sign at begining of Soi. Also, the map is not very clear. If map have more landmark will be better.
