We stayed at Diamond City Place for 3 months while in Pattaya for a volunteer gig. As females, we looked everywhere for a clean and secure place to stay. We were pleased by the cleanliness, the absolute warm hospitality from the staff, great food in the restaurant, beautiful pool and most of all security. Our only problem was that our room was facing the back where the Kareoke bar was located and it made sleeping difficult. Other than that, the location was great and we felt it was a nice home away from home. If ever we go back, we will definitely chose Diamond City Place again!

Friendly. helpful reception staff & good security. Spacious room. very well maintained. Adequate cooking facilities with large Panasonic fridge.There is a balony, but it is very narrow. Although there are security lockers at the front desk, and there is internet connection, both are charged for, and at very high rates. One complaint: there was no armchair in the room.The air conditioner also had only one level of cold. There was also constant whistle blowing from attendants in a close by car park, even late at night. If you can tolerate these failings, I would reccomend the hotel as good value for money.

the rooms are large and clean the staff are very helpfull swimming pool is excellant not to deep for children location a bit out of the way but excellent for familys
