....of course, I may be disabled slightly, physically and mentally but I can live without an elevator. I am not much of an eco-warrior but the staff here are working their a**es of 24/7. Buddha is winning, you know , (good) but if you want western stuff like beer, rock&sausage roll or even some Princess to rub your back as you fall asleep...(or wake you up) then Mr. M has it all. (and many imitators, naturually).
My quest to save the planet looks like a joke in the face of how these people are dealing with the 2011 flood But if this hotel survives it will remain the first and finest temple to human endurance, skill and ART in Pattaya.
See for yourself, but I think 10/10 has been earned.
Give Peace a Chant.

OK for a low budget hotel

The hotel is clean and tidy but has no elevator which is a major turn-off. Especially, of you are staying on the second or third floor. To add to the problem, there is no bell boy so you are left to haul your own bags to your room. If you make a deal with management, ensure you get it written carefully in writing. I had a deal in regard to the price which management went back on when I had paid for a second 10 day period!

Mr. Mac's Hotel has been a joyful experience consistently, during the many times my friends and I have stayed there. It has a very friendly and social atmosphere. The food, service and staff are faultless. Always a pleasure!

I like that hotel very much. I always stop there since several years, when I coming to this place. It's a great value getting a big and nice room for that small money.

True value for money...

You will get excellent service from the warm and friendly staff, its a family run hotel so it is home from home...The rooms are well above the standards for the price range, the service is better than most 5 star hotels and location is perfect 10 meters walk and your on the 10 baht bus into town or Jomtiem..
For value for money its 5 star all the way, so feel confident to book, I have stayed there many times and its always been an excellent experience..
