If the hotel is near the beach. It's perfect.

Everything is o.k. Full facilities except steam and sauna are closed for long time ago.

It is a very good place for people who don't want to spent a lot of money for room. The best value for money only in PHR. Clean apartments with big balconies, seabreeze and good swimming pool.

Although the hotel is old, but it is clean and worth the price. Family room is spacious and we got very good corner.

The place is simply the best location for views of the coast line and the city while the beaches,nightlife and shopping malls are within easy reach.Each unit has a balcony to enjoy the sea and mountain air and sweeping views while the park and temples opposite gives the place a feeling of serenity that few places in Pattaya or Jomtien offer as they become rapidly developed.It is an older building so while it offers a more homely experience than a typical hotel,a few renovations would definitely make the place stand out but then again expect the room rates to rise exponetionally.

The place is in a quiet location but just five minutes motorbike ride from the center of the city and ten minutes from Jomtien Beach. Stunning views over the whole of Pattaya. Rooms of a good standard and all staff were helpful and friendly at all times. I will definately stay here again.

Its value for money for what it is but if they consider upgrading they will be able to do and sell better.
