first stayed in this hotel 5 years ago when it first opened. was very nice then, but now is AWFUL.had asked for high floor.had to stay 2nd floor because no wi-fi on other floors, which i couldn't understand. the room was so musty and damp the smell almost made me sick, even with the doors wide open.there was no hot water at all, even at 1 am. the carpets, walls, curtain and tiles were FILTY.some of the floor tiles on the balcony(a 5ft by 3 ft space)were missing.There are no spare sockets for anything in the room and the TV has no cable-i think the first place in several years i've found that.i paid extra for ABF.When I went down to eat, there was not a single person there at 9.30!I could guess without looking it must be awful, and i was right! Nearly all Thai food left over from last night's buffet.Only 3 sad looking rubbery fried eggs and some nasty looking hot dogs gave any indication of a western breakfast.I walked straight out and ate out side.I can't emphasise enough how shabby this place is now.would not recommend to anybody unless they reduce to around 500-600 bt.the manager of this place is obviously lazy and doesn't care about cleanliness and service
