Good location

Sabai Resort is located in North Pattaya. Away from the airport 90 minutes by car. The Central Festival Pattaya has many shops and restaurants just 300 meters away from the resort.

Loud air conditioning unit which leaked but was sorted quickly. Very nice pool with relaxing atmosphere. ALL pool bar areas should be kept open through year regardless of season. Ruen Thai Villa is big but not enough to fill to make it worth the extra money. Breakfast was good but needs to be kept fresh and constantly topped up (fried eggs were cold too often)

It's good budget hotel but not near to beach. For me, I wanted a place near to the beach. So I stayed overnight only and change the hotel on next morning.

I have one word for this hotel in Thai "Sabai"

Excellent Location And Very Friendly Staff with great Garden and 3 pool is very clean very good and specialy no fee for guest , me and my friend interested to stay again in sabai resort .

Sabai Resort Pattaya is a very tasty Thai food, European and American cuisine. From 07.00 am -24.00 pm for customers who stay at the hotel are available at all times. Polite, humble service.

Located on second road between Big c and Alcazar.Rooms are clean and the staffs are friendly and helpful.One of staff is Ms.Toom.They also have a great pool.

Sabai Resort Pattaya is located on Pattaya 2nd Road, near the entertainment stations. And shopping. View the peaceful, quiet atmosphere is ideal for relaxation.

I stayed for 7 nights and would recommend the hotel to anybody. The location is good,with plenty of bars and food places nearby, as well as a big shopping mall.The beach is a 5 minute walk away. The facilities are excellent, nice pools, good food and very friendly/efficient staff. The hotel is always spotless and although located in a busy location, it is quiet and relaxing. I would recommend upgrading from the basic room if possible to get the best value for money. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in the same price range.

I stayed in Luen Thai area, & walked around the resort, seems there is less than 10% full. Resort facilities are good. Swimming pool is perfect as we only need to take 5 steps into it.
Service need to improve, some of the staff even dun know what is "climate". Reject my late check-out request also.
