I liked the location but the thing that spoilt this hotel was the unclean conditions and the staff. Overall it was was dirty and the staff were very unhelpful.
The worst thing was the breakfast room, fithy table cloths changed once a week, food was the same standard fare everyday and once when i asked if i could use my husbands breakfast coupon to take tea and toast up to his room as he was sick the staff started shouting saying it could only be consumed in the dining room. I only asked and he had paid for it. One of the staff members spent all his time flouncing around, looking in the mirror to fluff up his hair, filing his nails and using selotape to take fluff of his clothes
also it was impossible to get a sunbed around the pool, towels were left on the beds by the same people overnight and if you tried to remove them the staff would stop you even if thye had not been in use for hours.
the recepetion staff tried there best to deal with the many problems they encountered but often lost their patience with patrons, this is understanderble though as many were drunk and abusive and nearly all brought bar girls back to the room each night, it was a very noisy hotel.
on the plus side the cleaners were very friendly and the rooms were large.

I found this budget hotel to be pleasantly staffed who were always polite and helpful. I was fortunate and upgraded to a deluxe room for no extra cost. The rooms were clean and tidy, although the wardrobe left alot to be desired. I had a room at the back away from the noise of the bars.
The swimming pool was good
No joiner fee- excellent
