Bathroom with big bathtub and toilet. Separate kitchen with sink and cabinets, large refrigerator, microwave and hot water boiler. Kitchen equipment like cooker, utensils, crockery and cutlery can be provided by refundable deposit. Gas consumption will be charged as per bottle.
The standard apartments have a thermostat controlled air-conditioning installed in the bedroom only and a ceiling fan in the living room.
