I stayed at the bar (Tim Bar Beer) before and it was very reasonale and relatively clean. On my last visit I had planned to stay at the bar again until I saw the new Hotel WOW is all I can say! The staff was courteous and very helpful!!! Plus the swinning pool on the roof is just icing on the cake, not to mention you can pop across the street for a quick beer and game of pool....... I am going back in March this year and just made my reservations.

I have just came back from a 3week stay at Tim's and I can honestly say I do not have one single negative thing to say about the place. My partner and I thought every aspect of the Hotel was superb. The rooms were total luxury to say the least and the staff were ever so pleasant and helpful they just couldn't do enough for us. We are already saving up and planning our stay for next year. Can't wait to see you all xxx

I loved the jacuzzi in the delux rooms. The pool on the roof is great. Service was outstanding. The fitness center was not completed yet and I am a gym rat.

I stayed at Tim's Boutique Hotel on my last visit. Tim's place had come by recommendation from some longtime Pattaya residents and her reputation about town as good people and cares about the customer. Once word gets out about Tim's first rate accomodations and facilities i'm sure that it will be booked solid. The pool and attached swim up bar on the roof is excellent, the rooms were warm, immaculate and very inviteing. I always get the deluxe room which has a very large jacuzzi tub and a spacious bathroom. I have stayed to many high dollar hotels in town that were'nt worth but half the price they charged. I garuntee you will be very happy with the staff from the front desk to the rooftop pool and everywhere in between. One last thing, Tim's also has a very good rest. on the second floor, though i only ate in there one night my room service meals were always spot on. Happy trails!

I liked the place and know that the prices will only go up. I got it on the net for a special price of 1800 baht. That was a one time deal. That was only 2 weeks ago and now the price during low season it is between 2600-3500 baht. Don't get me wrong the place was great but it is going to be too much for me to stay at anymore.

The rooms were spotless, service excellent and amenities were all there. The pool is nicer than any other in Pattaya that i have ever seen. It has an excellent pool bar for entertaining and very good poolside food/drink service. The restaraunt was very good wether it was western or thai food. The hotels location is a short walk to Beach Rd and only a few feet from 2nd road yet far enough to avoid traffic noise. Overall i was very pleased and will pay the few extra dollars as the value far outweighs many of the older hotels and the scams that go along with them. The owner is a long-time local bar owner and well known for taking care of her customers. I had never met her in my time in Pattaya until i stayed at Tim's. She went out of her way to make sure that all was well with my stay there and for me the personal touch goes a long way.
