This is a brand new great hotel. For someone like me who has come to Pattaya for over a decade, I can tell you that this hotel's quality/price ratio is hard to beat. The only discomfort is that they work a lot with organized tours from all over Central/East Asia, and it is not uncommon to witness an invasion of the lobby/restaurant area in the morning.
