トラブル続出

ついた初日、予約していた2つの部屋が1つしか予約してないといわれました。ホテル側は部屋が空いているのでとりあえず泊まれるとのこと。結局代理店側のバウチャーをよく読んでいないホテル側のミスでした。エキストラベットも別料金で払っていたのに今日は使えないと言われ、それもベットを運ぶ人が足りないとかであきれて文句を言ったら。何とか用意してくれました。レセプションの人はいつも怒っているようでした。
レストランの人たちはとても感じのいい人たちでした。ただスタッフが足りていないのかいつもばたばたしている感じでした。
正月料金もあってか結構宿泊料金が高かった割には朝食はもうひとつでした。年末正月の時期にはあまりお勧めできません。

The location of the hotel is very nice. Very beautiful and clean private beach. Hotel is fairly new. Room spacious and nicely furnished. Pool area good. Restaurant is OK and with reassonable price. Both the Western and Thai menus generous, and food delicious. Personnel friendly and helpful, even if somewhat inexperienced and . General complaint about this hotel is that there is not really very much to do.
