You must book at least 24 hours prior to arrival
You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher to enter to the attraction directly
The person who books and receives the confirmation voucher must present a valid photo ID/passport along with the voucher number
The voucher is valid only on specified date and time of the tour
Opening Hours: 11:30 - 20:00 hrs. Daily
Please keep in mind that you are not allowed to wear jewelry or have any hard objects such as zippers or buttons on your clothes, as they can potentially damage the FlowRider surface. There is a retail store in the location where you can buy surfwear if you don’t have any with you
The only thing you need to bring with you is a swim suit, a pair of board shorts and maybe a rashguard if you want to cover yourself from the sun
