Fantastic... Loved staying here, we hardly wanted to leave - in fact most of the time we spent in Patong was in the hotels AMAZING pool!! Great restaurant, very well priced, super clean room and well taken care of pool and surrounds. We will definitely be back!

stayed sept 2006 so good staying again with 12 friends this sept. clean hotel, great staff, good locations not to close to the crowds but within walking distance.

superb place its away from e busy n noisy street but if u need e busy street with lotsa pubs, clubs n food..its jus a stone throw away. 4 star outta 5 !! ;)

I think this hotel is in an excellent location and looks beautiful. The pool is really big and beautiful and clean. The buffet breakfast is really good too. The standard rooms are pretty average, in the old part of the hotel, I think the deluxe rooms and the ones that open onto the pool would be alot better. But in terms of value for money, it os really great.

stayed at the baumanburi for 8 nights sept 2006, found the hotel very clean, great pool and friendly staff. beach is only 5 mins walk and right next door to otop markets and shakers resturant great food great service. doing a return vist 2007 with 14 friends hope to stay at baumanburi again if i can get the right price would recommend.

We stayed in the Grand Suite which is like a 1 bedroom apartment in June 2007. If you have young kids it is worth the extra money. You have a loungeroom with kitchen and then a separate bedroom with huge bathroom. Only down side is they were extending the hotel and was VERY VERY noisy during the day and into the night. The noisy did not worry us as we have kids, but if you want a quiet time by the pool please look at another hotel. Check out Shakers at the font of the hotel. They have great, cheap food with good service. Markets right next door.

I'll definitely go back again to stay the next time round. The pool access room is extremely spacious me and my 2 girlfriends can literary do different things inside the bathroom - shower, soak inside the bath tub and also using the sink set in the grand counter top.
Pool Access was great, with ultra convenience in using the pool anytime we want. Staff was great in providing help for directions and everything. Pool bar was great too, drinks after a swim is just heaven. =)
