Nice hotel with large and good maintained rooms. Buffet Breakfast poor.
Rather remote location far from everything (except local marina). No public transport except taxi.

Convenient location for somebody having his yacht at Boat Lagoon but not suitable for the "average" tourist because too far from the "action"

Very convenient when having to take care of sailboat at Boat Lagoon, but too far from the action for ordinary tourist.
