i love everything about this hotel it is perfect for kids. the best massage place just outside the pool at the hotel

Location is excellent.. very near to the beach and walking distance to the shopping areas.. resort itself is self sufficient with plenty of facilities.. reasonable pricing

the room is spacious and clean. I also enjoy the swimming pool and gym. the location is just across the beach

The service here was professional and very helpful. They were willing and able to help where ever and however they could. The dinner's were a little expensive and the cocktail bar not worth drinking in but it was so close to the main stretch of food and drinking places in Patong Beach that you would be silly to be eating in your room. Room service fantastic. Pool area including cocktail service (two for one at lunchtime) and meals served is luxurious. Nice atmosphere. The location was simply amazing. Will stay here again.

Had to upgrade

Where do i start? The musky smell? the outdated decore? the carpets that have seen better days?The main building is a joke.We had to upgrade to the bungalows outside,which on the first night,didnt even have aircon.Had to get another bungalow.The only thing good was the outside staff.Oh yeah,no plasmas just a small tv that i personally wouldnt pay $10 for.Had a look at the rooms on the top floor and i tell you what,open the window and its a 100 foot drop,dangerous for kids in the room.

The Hotel grounds are beautiful the location is excellent and staff are great. Great value for money also.
