Diamond Resorts cheap price to pay for - good service. In general, the water is clean. Good breakfast only. Pool and its surroundings are generally very good. Golf cart transportation is handy to have as many steps and stairs. For those who prefer seafood that is delicious and the price is quite a lot. I appreciate that very much.

Very nice hotel, liked each other very well! Thanks! The bathroom is again time to clean up. Is outdated and no comfort.

staying under extenuating circumstances

We got stuck in Thailand when the airport closed, the staff were fantastic they were extreamly plesant and the service was fantastic. The resort itself was beautiful, new area up the back excellent views, and beautifully kept pools, loved the layout and the guy that drove the golf cart was so enthuastic that he made revving noises (very cute) will stay there again when in Phuket.

Excelent hotel who should have at least one more star. Stayed in room 4202 from december 11 till 26, 2008 Staff is doing so much to make the stay good, with a lot of humor. Great and very, very clean room with nice furnitures, including a great bed. Great breakfast. We vill for sure return in december 2010.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. We love the pool area. This has been our second visit to this hotel and we will return next year if possible.

The location of the hotel was good, you had two beaches to choose between. We had the superior room and unfortunaly is the balcony very small ~1.50 meters wide and have nothing to hang your swimsuits on. The shower is attached to the wall and there are no "shower" by the toilet either which can be useful when you have children who has been on the beach. The two swimmingpools are both 1.40 meters deep. And the childrens pool are just 40 centemeters deep.
But the spa is expensive but very fine.

Excellent location between kata and karon beach.

Short way to shopping, and to both karon and kata beach. Nice pool area. Superb breakfast. Big villas and rooms with nice decor. Very nice spa, but a little expensive. Good restaurant. We have been there twice, and we will love to go there again.
