Hyton Leelavadee Resort Phuket

Friendly hotel with great location near the beach and relatively close to the bustle of Bangla Road.

I clearly requested for a double bed with a pool view. My decision to book the hotel was based on these requests. When i got to the hotel, the staff had no clue. I got there at 8am and politely requested for an early check in if possible. I was told that i could only check in at 12pm. It wasn´t until 2pm that i was checked in. And yet i got neither a double bed nor a pool view. Hotel manager promised to change our rooms on the next day but NEVER got back to us. Hotel blamed Hotels2Thailand for overpromising. This has been a horrid experience. I will NEVER go back there again.
