Patong Bayshore Hotel Phuket Reviews

This hotel has ups and downs. If you are looking for a place with a good location, with just a short walk to the beach and the markets, then this is for you because it is not along the busy section of rat-u-tit road. The hotel breakfast is excellent with toast, omlettes, yoghurt, cereal, fruit juices and hot food as well. The room cleaning service was excellent because the staff waited patiently for customers to leave their room. They would then be "invisible" as they cleaned the room swiftly, with no trace of the cleaners. The pool area is nice, with an adjacent bar and table service. Would not recommend taking young children to this hotel however.

Convenient location, friendly staff. There is a new section and an old section. I stayed in the old section and had nothing but troublw with the air-con, even when the air-con was on all day, i would come home late afternoon and the room temp was at 28deg. I complained twice and they tried to fix it twice but that only managed to drop the temp another degree or so. They couldn´t change my room as the property was full. My advice would be to book the superior room as they are new and very well set out. Finally the joiner fee is 400baht not 300 as listed on this web site

We picked this one as it was reviewed well by other people and we can do the same. For the price it was in a good location, clean and well run. You can´t ask for too much more.

Problems with the Air condition, the controller for temp didn,t work. We asked them to fix it, but they didn.t understand.
The shower had not enough waterpressure, so we had problems to washing the hair, and lack of hot water.

front desk lady staff unhelpful,not sincere.a few restaurant staff only friendly and give good services to angmo not to asian.Already pay 4 Bayshore wing but given standard room instead.After confronted and show proof of booking then we are given the actual room.
