Great location, very central

I stayed there for 6 nights on August 2011. Location is fantastic, across the road from Patong beach and near the nightlife of Bangla road. The service is fantastic and the people are very friendly and speak fluent english. All in all, value for money, an enjoyable stay!

Reception staff rude, wrong room despite confirmation

Specic range of room requested in booking, confirmed, then unavailable. Manager would not come to desk to resolve, we left early this place was so bad. NEVER AGAIN, the desk staff were rude, only interested in getting more money for an upgrade.

This place is awesome and is located in a perfect spot which is just around the corner from Bangla road which is just around the corner! Very quiet inside the hotel at night. Workers are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are spotless. I've been all around the world and i must say that this hotel is on my top 5 list ! Believe me on this.. U will love it here and it's cheap too!

Good Location but Noisy Disco

Location was good. Noise from bar/disco was too loud, especially at night.
