There is nothing negative to say. The restaurants had very good food, the breakfast was also very good and the best are the three wonderful swimming pools.

You couldnt get a better location....It is walking distance to shopping, restaurants AND a tuk tuk if u wish to go exploring. Its also located right on patong beach. by Loree Brearley from Australia (August 13, 2006)

The service at this hotel is 1st class and the staff is attentive and friendly. Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Tuk Tuks at the doorstep to whisk you away to anywhere you desire within Phuket. Hotel is brilliant have stayed here on numerous occasions and my wife and I are returning in October this year.

One of the best hotels in Patong! I have stayed here 3 times an find it very good. The staff are very nice and very helpfull, the hotel is a old now but the standards are good, food is lovely, can´t fault the service, pools are wicked (they have 3).. what can I say go try it out for yourself.. Oh and there´s a wicked Pool Bar behind the hotel called Shakers that does a mean steak and wonderfull Thai food! go check it out.

Liked - breakfast selection and service from staff. Convenience of kiosk by pools and the purchasing of drinks and food. Disliked - Internet service not working at Hotel.
