We love this hotel, we have been here about 5 or 6 times, and always have an upstairs pool view room, we love the gardens, the pools, and everything about the hotel, in fact we are coming back again in June this year.

Liked - breakfast selection and service from staff. Convenience of kiosk by pools and the purchasing of drinks and food.

One of the best hotels in Patong! I have stayed here 3 times an find it very good. The staff are very nice and very helpfull, the hotel is a old now but the standards are good, food is lovely, can´t fault the service, pools are wicked (they have 3).. what can I say go try it out for yourself.. Oh and there´s a wicked Pool Bar behind the hotel called Shakers that does a mean steak and wonderfull Thai food! go check it out.

The service at this hotel is 1st class and the staff is attentive and friendly. Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Tuk Tuks at the doorstep to whisk you away to anywhere you desire within Phuket. Hotel is brilliant have stayed here on numerous occasions and my wife and I are returning in October this year.

You couldnt get a better location....It is walking distance to shopping, restaurants AND a tuk tuk if u wish to go exploring. Its also located right on patong beach.

The only thing we disliked was the fact there was no safe in our room. Besides that, every thing else was fantastic.

There is nothing negative to say. The restaurants had very good food, the breakfast was also very good and the best are the three wonderful swimming pools.
