The hotel convenient to the beach and Soi Bangla.The pool is small; drink prices are high; the food menu is limited and also a bit high in cost;the room is a good size and clean; the bathroom is large; the included breakfast could be much better. Overall I would reccomend this hotel.

The location was fantastic with the beach only a 5 minute walk away. Had a spa/massage service onsite with very professional staff. (No "special" massages) Quite a family-friendly place.

I asked a standard room and they offered me a deluxe room for the price of a standard room.If you look at the price and the place at the beachroad,very close to the nightlife of Patong i should recommand this Hotel.

great location..1 min walk to Patong beach, restaurants and wa walk-thru shopping arcade to get back to the hotel. Unfortunately, the shop keepers would not leave us alone everytime we walked back to our room. Our room window looked out onto a brick wall, 50cm away. Hotel pool was always clean, however, cold.

This is my third time staying here whenever I come to Phuket, and I must say that the location is a big plus (close to the beach, Bangla Road and the eateries). Their rooms are also good, clean and comfortable.
However, I am disappointed that they actually do not open the deluxe rooms during the low season, and for this trip, I had to settle for the superior room. Also, the breakfast is not as good as expected. It is time for a change to the menu.
