The best resort of Kata beach

We are stayed on last weekend everything was very nice all staff, location 5 mins. to the beach, breakfast, the room was clean and comfortable, pool very nice enjoyable. It's great experience with this hotel in Phuket.

This was the last hotel on our roundtrip in Thailand. It was also the worst. Bad cleaning, booring breakfast and boored personal.

My family and I have stay at Peach off and on since 1995, this hotel is well managed and the staff are second to none. Service is great, staff is always helful. It is situated in the town and close to Kata Beach. We loved evrything about this hotel.

The location is very god, we had seeview. And it takes only 5 minutes to go down to the bech. The breakfast was exellent, a lot of things to choose between. The staff was very friendly.

We specially loved the seeview, from our balcony.I can´t say any thing negativ about this hotel. We love it.

Good location but bathroom floods

Good location only 5 mins walk from beach and restaurants although there´s a very steep drive to negotiate. Water from the shower collects around the edge of the bath and floods the floor everytime it´s used. You´d think they would have noticed the problem by now and fixed it!

Great view from room

New influx of staff had little or no understanding of English, had to remove captured rodent from air conditioning system myself at 4AM as it was squeeking, couldn´t make night porter understand. Reception desk was often left unattended at night as afore mentioned porter slept in back room. Could do with a management shake up, standards have dropped over the years.
