New influx of staff had little or no understanding of English, had to remove captured rodent from air conditioning system myself at 4AM as it was squeeking, couldn't make night porter understand. Reception desk was often left unattended at night as afore mentioned porter slept in back room. Could do with a management shake up, standards have dropped over the years.
