Professional Staff!!

The staff are very nice and professional the can served anything you request.When I was there I request to change the new towel ,the staff served the new towel to us in a few minute.The good room,good pool and nice beach make me enjoy my vacation.

my wife and i have stayed here the last 2 years and are going again in june 09.have looked at all other hotels although nice, not as quiet and not all have good sea views, nothing better than sitting on balcony with a drink wathching the world go by.top location with short walk to all the action if thats what you want,relucktant to try another hotel at presant.

One of the best hotels in Patong! I have stayed here last year and found it very good and reasonably priced. The staff are very nice and very helpfull. The hotel is larger than it looks and the standards are very good, food is lovely, can´t fault the service, pool is pretty good too... Oh yeah and it´s not to far from my favourite Pool Bar called Shakers, they do a mean steak and wonderfull Thai food so it´s worth the 10min walk! go check it out you´ll thank me. I have been to Thailand 7 times and I would definitely use this hotel again.

Quiet end of Busy Street

We were lucky enough to be up graded to a suite which had 2 bedrooms (Beautiful). With 3 women travelling there was heaps of room for all our shopping. The room was excellent with a view of the beach and other window of the canal with all the long boats. Breakfast was enjoyed and very nice with a huge variety of choice, so even the fussy eater could enjoy. Every morning we had breakfast over looking the wonderful view of the ocean at the quiet end of a busy street but only a 3 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. Great cocktails were had every night by the outside bar before we ventured out for a restaurant to have dinner as meals at restaurant were more expensive than the restaurants in the off streets. The swimming pool was great with pleanty of chairs around it. The beach was across the Street. What more could you ask for!!!! We had a fantastic time. Excellent for families.

Inspiring breakfast and it´s setting overlooking bay

This place is an ideal base for the busy traveller to do shopping nightclubbing & touring. The breakfast is absolute yummy and diverse with very attentative staff in a charming terrace setting in a vantage position overlooking blue waters and mountains.
The pools are ok, good enough for a day of relaxing, the beach across the road. One good part of this hotel is it´s location at the end of bay with only 300 m walk to the very busy main street. So its far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Many inexpensive services just at your front door (vehicle hire - tours - long boats). All staff very friendly. Rooms are tired but still practical for the one that doesn´t spend too much time indoors. The exterior has much better decor and landscaping as depicted on brochure.
