Good Location with Stuck up Reception staff

The kitchen staff and room cleaning staff excellent, not impressed with the reception staff, when arrive at hotel they did not make effort to locate our previous booking and payment by e mail, and made us feel like we had not booked. They seem to be arrogant and unhelpful most of the time during our stay of 4 days

The hotel is located in phuket town, which was not so much convient to enjoy a tour. The room is simple but clean,if u really budget ur travel then consider it

Comfortable, Value for Money

I stayed in the hotel overnight. The hotel is in the midst of Phuket Town so it was convenient to use it as a transit point for my trip to Krabi. It was easy to speak to the hotel staff in English. The place was OK, comfortable and inexpensive.

had a few language difficulties as staff do not speak much english, overall quite clean and comfortable, very quiet at night.

Good location, but tatty round the edges for the money

Its fine, just we expected more for how much it was. Location is good though. We stayed in both deluxe room and superior - they´re exactly the same just price is different and you get a view! Breakfast not great.
