Great view from the balcony

My wife and I stayed in the Royal Jacuzzi Villa for 3 nights for our honeymoon, and we liked it a lot. We had a great view of Koh Lon from the balcony, which we enjoyed very much while soaking in the jacuzzi. The pool was nice and there are free shuttle buses to the nearby Naiharn beach (10 min ride) leaving the hotel in every hour.
The staffs were extremely friendly with lots and lots of smile.
The restaurant was fine as long as you stay in the Thai food selections. The international selections were not as good. One night my wife had a chicken steak cuts marinated in some vinegar sauce that was as hard to chew as a beach sandal! The wine quality was average. The spa was great, but quite expensive so you get what you paid for.

We had a lovely break at your beautiful hotel. The Royal Jacuzzi suite is fabulous.
The staff, as always, is key to making any holiday special. Your staff are all very good but one in particular stands out as being really excellent. (Jurai) Kathareeya (at reception) understands what her customers need acts on them (without being prompted!) She is truly brilliant and we hope she gets recognized.

I’ve to say congratulations! Mangosteen Resort is one of the best I had been so far! It shows what quality service is all about. The “Mangosteen Experience” is a true get away! Good view, beautiful swimming pool and cozy rooms & villas, what else can I ask for?

Relax Vacation ...

My wife and myself had a wonderful stay at the Mangosteen. We wanted a truly relaxing vacation and we got what we want have. We love the place, the people/staff here (so friendly and helpful) and most impressive, the little details that are cared for, like the decorations, the Mangosteen bath tools, the service at the restaurant and Spa. We will definitely come back and will recommend this lovely resort to our family and friends

My company rewarded me for my accomplishments with a one week vacation at the Mangosteen Resort. It was the most beautiful week I could imagine. Great attention was paid to all architectural detail. My room faced the ocean with views of the fishing boats going to sea every morning and sunsets in the evening. The staff was always gracious and the food excellent. I recommend the Mangosteen resort for greatest vacation experience.

I wouldn’t change a thing! This resort is absolutely INCREADABLE!! The service is wonderful, the room is awesome and the view is beautiful!
