The room had a strong smell of mould. The mattress in beds are very hard, but we got o very good service from the housekeeping changing to a more sofr one!Thank you very much for that.The breakfast could have more variation, in scandinavia we like cheeese on the toasted bread for example. Very kind staff! Veru close and convenient to the beach.

This is the second year I have stayed at Tropical Gardens Resort. I loved it both times, excellent property for the money, would recommend to anyone. Quiet and clean, but I do wish they had satellite or cable T.V or at least some channels in English. Otherwise, think it is great and will go again.

My family and I spent 5 days at the hotel over the Christmas period. We arrived very early in the morning and was taken to our room straight away, which was great since normal check-in is at 14.00. We had a superior sea-view room which was great, the only disadvantage was the amount of stairs + the fact that the lifts often were out of order. Our three year-old found the stairs a bit much and we ended up having to carry her a lot.
The rooms are a good size and could fit an extra bed + a cot. We had a corner room so had a huge terrace with great views.
We attended the Christmas dinner which was good fun. The food was excellent and the entertainment was not bad! Our kids loved the games and the visit from Santa Claus. The only disadvantage of the party was that the main pool area was closed for two days to prepare for the dinner. Amazingly enough it was all cleared up during the night, without any noise at all!
All in all a very good hotel. The staff were great and adored our children, in particular our daughter´s curly hair!
