Phuket´s hidden gem

Contrary to what some of the other reviews say, I love the location of Arahmas. It is in a very peaceful serene part of Phuket, which is becoming very rare nowadays as Phuket has got super commercial and touristy overall. For me, I would never want to be anywhere near Patong, Karon or Kata, where it is dirty and has even a destination for sex tourists; so being on the northern end of island has allowed me to relax in beautiful natural settings that is at the same time private and romantic.
And the hotel is a superb compliment to the location. The rooms are gorgeous, the nicest I have seen for I can´t even remember how long. The bathroom is just stunning looking and the view of the sea from the bedroom is great. Not many hotels in Phuket have a private beach like this one so this is a real privelege. Which is why I think the price you pay is really worth it.
The Spa here is also top class and I was perfectly happy to relax, be pampered and stay in luxury, and not step foot in the sleazy Patong beach once. Yes if you do want to go to Patong or Kata it takes a while, but for people looking for a classy getaway vacation, how often do you really want to go to those places anyway? Maybe once? Then a 45 min ride once is not so bad.
This was a the perfect relaxing beautiful place I was looking for, and I will definitely come back. What a fantastic addition to the Phuket Hotel scene!

Perfect getaway resort but not for party goers!!

Our times in the Arahmas was perfect. We stayed in a room with direct access to the pool and it was definitely worth the extras!!!! It is a very beautiflul, relaxing and peaceful place to retreat to with a very long beautiful beach couple with a fantastically clean pool. The room service and general staff were very helpful with a constant smile on their faces. Unfortunately, the food menu is very limited and fairly pricey but you can find nice little restaurants around 10 mins walk from the hotel beach.
This resort is perfect for people/couple looking to getaway from the harsh/hectic life in the cities or looking for a romantic, peaceful and relaxing break. It is definitely not for party goers because it is quite far from civilization and a trip to either Patong Beach or Phuket Town will take around an hour to get to!! My girlfriend and I will definitely be going back there next year may be a bit longer this time!!
