Good location if you only need one night and its near the airport.

The room was lackluster at best. Bed really hard. The key for the sliding glass door (the only entrance to the rooom) did not work so had to leave it unlocked when I was gone. The bathroom floor is granite or concrete so it would be very hard to sanitize so I wondered when the last time it was cleaned. The shower head is right next to the toilet so it and the toilet paper get soaked when you showered. When it says you are 600 meters from the beach, that was WAY OFF. I walked a good 20 mins before I found the beach. There is NO phone in the room. The language barrier was bad. Food was ok. Convenience to the airport is the only plus.

the worst experience

Dear sir,
I was really happy booking with you our hotels, because we have good experience with our booking in Royal City Hotel, but unfortunately this booking of Phuket Airport Hotel was the worst experience We have had with accomodation, I dont know if it is your responsibility or not but, the "hotel" you recomended and offer with BUFFET BREKFAST wars totally disgusting. The room dirty, mould in the bathroom, the worst quality of shampoo and soap, the BUFFET BREAKFAST was just 1 little box of cereal (a MILO box, the same you send your children to the school, an used plastic bag with bread, 2 containers of jam (this little jam containers you can have for 150 baths.
There was not reception, just a dirty place with an old desk and a dirty computer, some cats and when we went in the morning to have our BUFFET BREAKFAST you offered us by internet.... the people were sleaping .....
I think you CANNOT OFFER this tipe of places to your customers, as we for example we had an excellent experience with Royal Phuket hotel and PP Casita, but we feel that advertise this type of places withoout knowledge what happen is a total irresponsibility, and it means that we dont want to booking with your company anymore.
If you want to mantain you customers, please dont offer your services of information mixing good hotels with places like this. If you never realised what is happening in this hotel, know you can know about it, because you can gain a little bit from this "hotel" but you will loose lots of customers than they will not believe in your page anymore.

Excellent location if you need to go fast to the airport

It one of the worst experience being here, not value for money, the bathroom was dirty, lots of mould. When we arrived they haven't any desk to attend us, just a dirty space with an old and dirty computer. Instead of wooden door we had a glass door and a wool curtain to cover it.
The next morning, we received our amazing BUFFET BREAKFAST; I recognise we booked this place because YOU OFFERED a buffet breakfast, but in the morning we saw in a little table a plastic bag of white bread, 2 pots with marmalade (used of course), a tray with little boxes od MILO flakes and another with tiny yogurts of two flavors. We were really dissapointed with this booking, angry with everything "offered", we paid lots more than other hotels (really hotels 3 or 4 stars)in the city and we received this...sincerely I would strong recomend the people not to go to this place, never! It could be better wait the hole night in the airport, believe me!

Good location but too expensive

This hotel is excellently located if you have an early flight. Nice staff. It is however too expensive for what it is.

Good between flight stopover

Close to airport - we arrived at night. Not flashy but rooms were clean and air conditioned. It had a pool and restaurant which we used before an early morning flight to Koh Samui. Suited our purposes for an overnight stay.

Good location, only 2 mins to the airport. The staff were very helpful and offered an early transfer to the airport (free of charge). Free wifi and a nice pool.

We gat in late at night and we were catching a plane to Koh Samuii the next morning. We only wanted the room for one night. It was exactly what we wanted. It was cheap & clean
